About Yandex

Yandex is a Russian multinational technology company providing a variety of internet-related products and services. These include an internet search engine called Yandex Search, information services, e-commerce, transportation, maps and navigation, mobile applications, and online advertising.

The company has more than 30 offices worldwide and primarily serves audiences in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine, Turkey, and countries with a significant Russian-speaking population. Its main competitors in the Russian market are Google, Microsoft, VK, and Rambler.

Yandex Search has the largest market share of any search engine from Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States, and is the third largest search engine worldwide after Google and Bing. It had 60% of the Russian search market and was the leading search and ride-sharing in Russia as of December 2021.

Yandex LLC's holding company, Yandex N.V., was a Dutch public limited company with its head office listed at an address of a virtual office in Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport. Yandex N.V. is listed on the Nasdaq as YNDX Class A ordinary shares and was listed on the Moscow Exchange, although trading in Yandex shares on Nasdaq was suspended in February 2022. In February 2024, Yandex N.V. announced the sale of the majority of its assets to a consortium of Russia-based investors. In July 2024, the $5.4 billion sale was completed, giving the Kremlin more control over the business. Yandex will start trading on the Moscow Exchange with the new ticker symbol YDEX as of 24 July 2024.

Yandex 360 offers several plans:

Premium 200 GB: Upload files up to 50 GB, unlimited media uploads from your phone, unique email address instead of @yandex.ru, and other benefits. This plan costs $1.37 per month if prepaid for one year.
Premium 1 TB: Same benefits as the 200 GB plan but with 1 TB of storage. This plan costs $2.42 per month if prepaid for one year.
Premium 3 TB: Same benefits as the 200 GB plan but with 3 TB of storage. This plan costs $6.00 per month if prepaid for one year.

All plans include Yandex Disk and Yandex Mail benefits. Yandex Disk offers additional space, unlimited media uploads from your phone, extended history of changes, autosave files in the Windows client, unlimited downloads from public links, upload big files — 1 GB and bigger, and public link security settings. Yandex Mail offers an exclusive email address, new subscription confirmation, smart sorting for priority viewing. Yandex 360 services offer priority support and no ads.

For Yandex 360 Premium, the prices are as follows:

Premium 200 GB: $16.49 per year or $2.49 per month
Premium 1 TB: $28.99 per year or $4.99 per month
Premium 3 TB: $71.99 per year or $9.99 per month
Premium Family Features: $46.99 per year or $7.99 per month
